Terms of service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
CueCast is an independent application for camera video processing, score overlays and broadcasting. The sign-in service operator and contact is Tomáš Svoboda, info@freeward.dev.
Use authorized accounts and content
Connect only accounts and cameras you are authorized to use. You are responsible for rights to video, audio and other broadcast content, informing people being recorded, and complying with your club's rules and applicable law. Protect local network access, device settings, authorization credentials and stream keys.
YouTube connection
CueCast uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Before starting, check the selected channel, title and broadcast visibility. Starting in YouTube API mode creates a broadcast on the selected channel; stopping requests its completion. The application reports failure if it cannot confirm completion.
Do not abuse the sign-in service, bypass its security or disrupt third-party services. CueCast is not a product or partner of Google, YouTube or CueScore.
Availability and support
CueCast is under active development. Availability of the sign-in service, cameras and streaming services, and uninterrupted broadcasts, are not guaranteed. Test your setup before important events. This notice does not limit rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy and stopping use
Our privacy policy explains data processing. You can stop using CueCast at any time, disconnect your account locally and revoke access in Google account settings. Manage broadcasts and recordings in YouTube Studio.
